Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Neuroaesthetic Design Inc. (“NIDS”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information across the public site, account setup, NIDS Pro membership, console access, billing, and project-related workflows.
Information we may collect
- Contact and account details such as name, email, organization, role, and login-related identifiers.
- Membership, billing, and support records such as plan status, subscription context, invoices, payment status, and help requests.
- Project and certification records such as uploads, workflow events, approved public-story fields, and publication-rights status.
- Usage, device, session, and security signals needed to operate, measure, and protect the site and related services.
How we use it
- To operate the website, accounts, NIDS Pro membership, billing, support, and certification workflows.
- To evaluate applications, process payments through third-party providers, and protect service integrity.
- To improve product quality, service delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and internal reporting.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect NIDS, its users, and the public.
Publication, attribution, and organization context
- NIDS separates internal project and certification records from public publication rights.
- Named project details, images, location labels, or organization attribution are used publicly only when the required rights, privacy, evidence, claims, and approval gates have passed.
- Public attribution may reflect approved issuance-time or current organization context, and it may later be corrected, narrowed, or removed if rights, privacy, or consent status changes.
- Payment by a firm or sponsor does not by itself determine public attribution or rewrite the internal certification record.
Sharing, processors, and retention
- We may share information with hosting, analytics, payment, communications, security, and support providers that help operate the service.
- We may also share information with professional advisers, authorities, or a successor entity when required or appropriate.
- NIDS does not sell personal data as a standalone advertising or brokerage product.
- Information may be retained as reasonably needed for service delivery, audit trails, billing, certification, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where NIDS or its providers operate. For more detail on cookies and related technologies, see the Cookie Notice.
Your choices and contact paths
- Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection.
- You may opt out of promotional communications, but service or account messages may still be sent when necessary.
- Immediate deletion may not be available where NIDS must retain account, billing, certification, legal, or audit records.
