These terms apply to the public NIDS website, including public pages, public forms, and publicly available resources that link to this page. If you create an account, start `NIDS Pro`, continue to checkout, or submit a project, additional terms may apply where they are presented.

Lawful use and access

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with site operations or other users.
• You may not access restricted areas, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the site without authorization.
• You may not misrepresent affiliation with NIDS, NIDS Pro, NIDS Certified, or any NIDS review outcome.

Informational content and program boundaries

• The public site is informational and educational. It is not medical, legal, tax, architectural, engineering, or other professional advice.
• NIDS Pro is membership and access. Certification is awarded separately to a project after review.
• Payment, membership, or employer sponsorship does not by itself guarantee certification, publication, awards placement, or any specific review outcome.
• Public claims should stay consistent with current criteria, approved language, and the actual scope of any issued certification.

Intellectual property and marks

• Unless otherwise stated, the site, its content, layout, graphics, and program names are owned by or licensed to Neuroaesthetic Design Inc.
• You may not reproduce or use site content or marks in a way that implies endorsement, certification, or approval without written permission.
• Use of NIDS, NIDS Pro, NIDS Certified, or related marks remains subject to any separate mark-usage or publication permission that NIDS provides.

Public submissions, links, and third-party services

• We may use inbound site submissions to respond, evaluate interest, support account setup, and operate related program flows.
• Project submissions, certification materials, and public-story assets are governed by separate workflow terms where presented.
• The site may link to or route visitors through third-party providers such as infrastructure, analytics, communications, or payment services.

Availability, disclaimers, and updates

• The site and its public materials are offered on an as available basis and may change, pause, or be removed over time.
• NIDS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular commercial, review, certification, publication, or media outcome.
• We may revise these terms as the launch stack, policies, and product surfaces evolve.
